For best results, blend with Pure Essential Oil Works Fractionated Coconut Oil. Apply to fingers, wrists, shoulders and neck. Apply to feet and knees prior to exercise. Always keep bottle cap tightly sealed when not in use. Store in cool, dry environment. Oils are very light sensitive.
