Glycerin, Sodium Polyacrylate, Sorbitol, Water.
Hot: Wrap NexTherapy Head & Sinus with moist paper towel and insert into microwave for 15 seconds. Remove and apply directly to forehead area. If more heat is needed, microwave at 5-second intervals. Total heating time: No more than 30 seconds. Keep on for up to 30 minutes. Repeat and reapply as needed.
Cold: Place NexTherapy Head & Sinus in freezer until needed or at least one hour prior to use. Remove and apply directly to forehead area. Product will stay cold for up to one hour. Repeat and reapply as needed.
