Glycerin, Sodium Polyacrylate, Sorbitol, Water.
Hot: Wrap NexTherapy Face Mask with moist paper towel and insert into microwave for 15 seconds. Remove and apply directly to forehead, eyes and nose area. If more heat is needed, microwave at 5-second intervals. Total heating time: No more than 30 seconds. Keep on for up to 30 minutes. Repeat and reapply as needed.
Cold: Place NexTherapy Face Mask in freezer until needed or at least one hour prior to use. Remove and apply directly to forehead, eyes and nose area. Product will stay cold for up to one hour. Repeat and reapply as needed.
