Glycerin, Sodium Polyacrylate, Sorbitol, Water.
Hot: Wrap NexTherapy Neck & Shoulder with moist paper towel and insert into microwave for 30 seconds. Remove and apply directly to neck or shoulder area. If more heat is needed, microwave at 15-second intervals. Total heating time: No more than 60 seconds. Keep on for up to 30 minutes. Repeat and reapply as needed.
Cold: Place NexTherapy Neck & Shoulder in freezer until needed or at least one hour prior to use. Remove and apply directly to neck or shoulder area. Product will stay cold for up to one hour. Repeat and reapply as needed.
